We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a large-scale Capital Markets / Banking platform modernization program.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Track delivery, blockers, dependencies, risks, capacity and Agile metrics.
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness and prioritization.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices and improve Scrum maturity.
- Remove impediments and facilitate effective decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate delivery across onshore/offshore teams and GCC partners .
- Provide clear delivery status, risks and metrics to leadership.





Key Requirements

- 6+ years of Scrum Master experience with CSM/PSM preferred.
- Solid Banking or Capital Markets domain experience .
- Experience working with an IT Sales & Services company .
- Experience collaborating with GCC partners and distributed teams .
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP and Agile engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Agile metrics, backlog management and delivery tracking .
- Exposure to microservices, service-oriented environments, CI/CD, TDD/ATDD and automated testing.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
