As a Scrum Master at iNextLabs, you will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on best practices, and remove roadblocks to ensure the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster an Agile culture that promotes efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks .
- Guide teams in breaking down AI projects into manageable sprints & deliverables .
- Work closely with Product Owners & AI teams to refine backlogs and prioritize tasks.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure sprint goals are met.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability within AI teams.
- Track sprint progress using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools .




- Provide regular reports on velocity, burndown charts, and sprint metrics .
- Work with cross-functional teams to align Agile execution with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in AI, software development, or data-driven projects .
- Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello .
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills to help teams improve Agile maturity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills .
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholder expectations .

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP certification .
- Exposure to AI/ML product development and data-driven workflows.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile in cloud environments .
- Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI, and AI lifecycle management .
