Description
The Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery for data foundation initiatives(GCP build, data quality, data domain) from the demand perspective, partnering closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and data technical and functional teams. The role ensures explicit intake, prioritization,
and refinement of business demands into actionable backlogs for program goals. Responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and aligning delivery with program outcomes.
Acts as a bridge between business and functional/technical teams to ensure data solutions meet quality, timeline, and value expectations.
Promotes
Agile best practices, transparency, and continuous improvement across the program.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with automation lifecycle, bot orchestration, and exception handling.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
