Role Overview

The General Manager - Projects will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale real estate projects. This leadership role will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The GM will oversee multiple project teams, drive innovation, and ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders, contributing directly to the organization’s growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & LeadershipDefine long-term project strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.Provide leadership across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and profitability.Approve project execution plans, budgets, and timelines.Represent the company in client, consultant, and investor meetings.

2. Project Execution & DeliveryOversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety,



and sustainability standards.Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews.Resolve critical project-related challenges and bottlenecks.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry best practices.

3. Financial & Budgetary ControlDevelop and monitor project budgets to ensure financial discipline.Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.Ensure alignment of financial performance with business goals.Conduct value engineering to maximize ROI on projects.

4. Stakeholder ManagementMaintain effective communication and collaboration between internal departments, contractors, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities.Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and contractors.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to all statutory, environmental, and building regulations.Obtain timely approvals, permits, and licenses from government authorities.Identify risks early and develop mitigat
