- Conduct counselling sessions and assist students in selecting suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain counselling records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Explain program features, advantages, and career opportunities to students.
- Assist in organizing counselling events and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to improve enrolment rates.
- Coordinate with academic teams for admission processing.
- Achieve assigned counselling and enrolment
- Monitor counselling performance and improve lead conversion rates.
- Coordinate with branch teams to achieve enrolment targets.
- Maintain counselling documentation and reporting processes.




- Support marketing activities by participating in seminars and outreach events.
- Ensure high-quality counselling standards across all admission interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
