To go for initial site visits to document the site along with the draughtsman.
- To prepare requirement questionnaire with basic inputs from client and site conditions to understand client’s ideas for the project. This can be made using google forms or ppt.
- To prepare 2D scheme drawings based on client’s requirements.
- Provide necessary details of the project to estimation team to prepare BOQ and estimate for the project.
- Check the details and verify the estimate once prepared by the Estimation Team and get it approved from MD by conducting an internal meeting.
- Prepare a PPT with reference images for the requirements and send that along with Estimate to client.
- After approval of Estimate and 2d design, make 3d models using sketchup and render them.
- Prepare a PPT with all 3d images and floor plans and send to client.
- After approval of designs, choose material finishes and enquire their availability and send a presentation with 3d views and materials with help of the draughtsman.




- Collect samples of materials and conduct a meeting with client to present the samples and materials. Get them approved.
- After approval of finishes, prepare detailed site drawings with help of draughtsman and verify the drawings.
- Discuss the drawings with respective contractors before starting the project.
- Discuss the project schedule with site supervisors and project managers and inform the purchase team about the schedule to prepare material orders.
- Do periodical site visits to check progress of the projects.
- Accompany client to décor and furnishing selection.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the project managers and site supervisors to track the progress and delays in the project.
- Update these discussions on google sheet.
- Do material research, attend interior products fairs, find recent products and materials
- Take snag lists for Execution projects.
