Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create high-quality static visuals, engaging social media creatives, professional video edits, and AI-powered video content.

Key Responsibilities

Create static graphics, social media posts, carousels, and infographics as per content briefs.

Design creatives aligned with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform requirements.

Edit real videos (interviews, podcasts, explainers, marketing videos).

Create short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads).

Add subtitles, transitions, effects, motion graphics, and basic animations.

Create AI-generated videos using tools such as Runway, Pictory, Synthesia, Sora, Kling, or similar platforms.

Convert long-form videos into multiple short-form assets.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives.

Create thumbnails and promotional creatives for YouTube and social platforms.

Deliver creatives as per timelines and maintain daily/weekly design targets.





Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final outputs are production-ready.

Required Skills:
1-4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.

Strong knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects (basic to intermediate)
- Canva (advanced usage preferred)
- AI video creation tools

Experience in:
- Social media creatives (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, youtube)
- Carousel designing
- Infographic layouts
- YouTube thumbnails
- AI video creation using prompts

Exposure to AI video creation tools is a strong advantage.

Understanding of aspect ratios, platform optimization, and export formats.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Positive to Have

Experience working in a marketing agency or content team.

Basic understanding of branding and storytelling.

Knowledge of sound design and background music
