Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Ensure regular data backup and disaster recovery planning
- Maintain network security, firewalls, and antivirus systems
- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues
- Manage IT assets including hardware and software inventory

CCTV & Surveillance Management:
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure continuous surveillance operations
- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment
- Ensure proper recording, storage, and retrieval of surveillance footage
- Coordinate with administration for incident reporting and footage review




- Ensure all surveillance systems are functioning and strategically positioned
- Manage access to CCTV systems and maintain confidentiality of recordings

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Robust knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN)
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems (IP cameras, DVR/NVR setup)
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, and security practices
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
