Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage order processing, coordinate with dealers, and ensure smooth dispatch and payment follow-ups in the ceramic tile business.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Support
- Assist Regional / Area Sales Managers in daily sales operations.
- Prepare quotations, invoices & order confirmations.
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors & customers.
- Maintain customer database & CRM records.

2. Order & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate with production & dispatch team for order status.
- Track delivery timelines and update customers.
- Handle sample requests & showroom display coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation for dispatch.
- Sample & Order Dispatch Coordination.

3. Dealer & Customer Handling
- Respond to dealer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain strong relationship with dealer network.
- Support new dealer onboarding process.
- Follow up for pending orders.

4. Payment Follow-ups
- Coordinate with accounts team for billing & payment tracking.
- Follow up for outstanding payments.




- Maintain payment records & credit limits.

5. Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
- Track sales targets & team performance.
- Provide market feedback to management.
- Maintain Excel reports and MIS data.

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in Ceramic / Tile Industry preferred.

- Ability to multitask & handle pressure.
- Hindi & English communication required.

- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
