P.T. Enterprise, a growing solar power plant installation company, is hiring a Site Supervisor / Field Technician to handle on-site operations for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The role involves site surveys, installation supervision, and coordination to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys for solar power plant installations
- Inspect sites and assess feasibility for solar setup
- Supervise on-site installation work (panels, inverter, structure, wiring)
- Coordinate with installation teams and clients
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Prepare and submit site reports and updates

Requirements:
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license




- Willing to travel extensively for site visits
- Basic technical knowledge in electrical/solar systems preferred
- Ability to handle fieldwork and site coordination
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Salary & Perks:
- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month
- Travel expenses: Reimbursed separately
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
- Prior experience in solar installation or electrical fieldwork (optional but preferred)
