Job Overview: Primary Packing Machine OperatorWe are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining Blister, Strip, and Alu-Alu packaging machines to ensure the efficient and accurate primary packing of tablets and capsules.

Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setup: Set up and operate primary packing machines (Alu-Alu, Blister, and Strip) according to production schedules and batch requirements.
- Material Management: Load packaging materials such as aluminum foils, PVC films, and labels; ensure correct batch materials are used and monitor inventory levels.
- Process Monitoring: Adjust machine settings, including sealing temperature (typically 160-220°C depending on material) and machine speed, to optimize performance and ensure seal integrity.
- Quality Control: Perform in-process checks to verify correct sealing, alignment, batch coding, and print quality. Conduct leak tests to ensure tamper-proof protection.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output,



machine run times, and maintenance activities in logbooks as per cGMP norms.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning, minor troubleshooting, and assist in line clearance and changeover activities.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- Experience:
- For entry-level/junior roles:1-3 years in pharmaceutical packing operations.
- For senior roles:5-10 years of experience specifically with Alu-Alu and Blister machines.
- Compliance: Strong knowledge of Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, physical stamina for shift work, and basic problem-solving abilities.
