Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into computer systems accurately and on time
- Prepare and maintain billing records and related documentation
- Assist with basic accounting entries and tax-related documentation
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Organize and store data in appropriate formats and systems
- Perform regular backups and data validation checks
- Support the administrative team with day-to-day tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2; a diploma or degree is preferred




- Valuable knowledge of computers, including MS Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and taxation concepts
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:
