About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Organic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our

strategies, stays updated with trends, and can deliver high-quality posts that drive

engagement and community growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage daily content across our social platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Research and propose new content ideas aligned with brand tone and audience

interests.
- Analyze insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Monitor daily engagement and manage community interactions (comments, DMs,

replies).
- Identify organic growth opportunities through trends, hashtags, formats, and timing.
- Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams for campaigns and creatives.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in organic social media management (internships can count)




- Solid understanding of social media algorithms and current content trends.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics and use insights for improvement.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, and basic reel

editing.
- Good understanding of AI for content, design, and video editing
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
