- Manage key student relationships and ensure enrolment conversions.
- Conduct presentations and counselling workshops for students and parents.
- Monitor counselling performance and improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain counselling records and track admission progress.
- Support admission teams by managing student enquiries effectively.
- Coordinate with academic departments for student onboarding.
- Assist students in understanding course curriculum and learning outcomes.




- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to encourage enrolment.
- Participate in academic promotion events and seminars.
