Job Description: In-House Graphic Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. As an in-house designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual concepts that strengthen our brand identity across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and corporate teams to deliver compelling designs that engage our audience and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and digital ads.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create presentations, reports, and internal communication assets.
- Support product teams with packaging, labels, and user interface elements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design,



Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital design tools (Figma, Canva).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt designs for both print and digital platforms.

Preferred Attributes
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of print production processes.
- Robust portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work.
