Role Overview

As a Hospitality Management Trainee at Zo House, you will work closely with the on-ground staff while being guided by Zostel’s hospitality approach. You will help shape daily hospitality standards — from how rooms are prepared to how guests are welcomed and supported during their stay.

This is a practical, learning-focused role where you guide and work alongside staff to improve service quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities





Build and maintain hospitality standards across rooms, common spaces, and bathrooms

Train and guide staff on bed setup, room readiness, cleanliness, and presentation

Support housekeeping and operations teams in delivering strong guest experiences

Observe and improve the guest journey from check-in to daily interactions

Conduct regular quality walkthroughs across the property

Help create simple SOPs and training practices aligned with Zostel hospitality values

Identify gaps in service and suggest improvements to elevate the Zo House experience

Who You Are

Recent graduate (Hospitality)

Passionate about guest experience and people-first service

Detail-oriented with a strong eye for presentation and cleanliness

Comfortable guiding teams and communicating with staff

Excited to learn, take ownership, and grow within a startup-style environment
