Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you are the backbone of the guest experience. You are responsible for delivering exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and room readiness, ensuring every guest walks into a space that feels thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities1. Room Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and service guest rooms daily as per SOP standards
- Make beds with precision (aligned to Centro’s premium sleep experience standards)
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, ensuring spotless hygiene
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces
- Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, linens, amenities)
- Ensure all room features (lights, AC, TV, fixtures) are functional

2. Quality & Standards




- Follow standardized cleaning checklists for consistency
- Ensure rooms meet Centro’s design and hygiene benchmarks:
- Report maintenance issues immediately
- Maintain uniformity across all rooms to deliver a reliable experience

3. Guest Interaction
- Greet guests politely and professionally when encountered
- Respond to guest requests promptly or escalate when needed
- Respect guest privacy and adhere to “Do Not Disturb” protocols

4. Efficiency & Productivity
- Complete assigned rooms within defined timelines
- Optimize workflow without compromising quality
- Coordinate with supervisors for room status updates

5. Hygiene & Safety
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures
- Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines

6. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with front office and maintenance teams
- Support colleagues during high occup
