The admission counsellor serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students. You will be responsible for understanding student aspirations, explaining our diverse certified programs, and guiding them through the enrolment process to ensure they choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Interaction: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (telephonic and walk-in) to understand student profiles and career goals.
- Course Promotion. Expertly explain the features and perks of VCMS-certified courses (ex. Logistics, office administration)
- Lead Management. Diligently follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful admissions.
- Relationship Building Maintain a strong rapport with students and parents to build trust in the institution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline and basic computer knowledge.
- 0-2 years in educational sales, counselling, or customer service
- Fluent in English and local languages
- Empathetic, persuasive, and target-oriented with excellent listening skills
