Qualifications and other
- Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree
- Min 1 year of experience in relevant field (Must be working with any reputed university/college/institute)
- Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with students and their families
- Customer Service experience to provide excellent assistance and resolve queries
- Sales and persuasion skills for promoting the university programs and encouraging enrollment
- Knowledge of the field of Education to provide accurate information about courses and career opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with admissions teams and maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with student recruitment processes or prior experience in educational settings is a plus
