Job Description - Tally Trainer

Job Purpose: To train students in Tally and basic accounting concepts, support mobilization.

Location : Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training in Tally, basic accounting, and related technical modules.
- Conduct student induction sessions at the beginning of each batch.
- Follow the prescribed curriculum and complete the syllabus within the training period.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises for students.
- Conduct demonstrations and practical sessions to improve student understanding.
- Assess students through tests, practicals, and assignments.
- Provide feedback and counseling to students to improve their performance and attitude.
- Support mobilization activities such as roadshows, outreach programs, and awareness

sessions.
- Organize field visits, guest lectures, alumni interactions, and volunteering activities.




- Assist with placement support by connecting students with industry mentors and employers.
- Maintain student records, portfolios, and training documentation.
- Support center events such as inaugurations, parent meetings, and valedictory programs.
- Follow organizational policies, maintain professional conduct, and report to the Center

Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Certification or strong knowledge of Tally software.
- Valuable communication and teaching skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to guide and mentor students.
- Willingness to participate in community mobilization activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
