- The Renewal Sales Representative is an individual contributor responsible for managing and renewing customer contracts across complex geographical territories. This role owns the end-to-end renewal cycle, including pricing negotiation, proposal development, and stakeholder management, while driving customer retention, revenue protection, and growth through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
