Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain company services clearly (job opportunities / consultancy services)
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally:
- Update call records and lead status in CRM/Excel
- Convert leads into paid registrations / appointments:
- Build strong relationships with clients over calls

Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Freshers & experienced both can apply
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Salary & Perks:
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000/month (based on performance)

Qualification:
