We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Game Parlour Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our gaming parlour. The role involves assigning game workstations to customers, handling customer queries, ensuring smooth gameplay sessions, and maintaining a fun, protected, and organized gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and explain available games, packages, and rules
- Assign game workstations/consoles to customers based on availability
- Manage game session timings, queue system, and slot bookings
- Monitor gameplay to ensure fair use and adherence to parlour rules
- Handle customer payments
- Assist customers with basic game setup and troubleshooting
- Ensure all gaming equipment is handled properly and report technical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the gaming area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and efficiently
- Support promotions, tournaments, or special gaming events

Skills & Requirements:




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge or interest in video games (PC, console, mobile gaming)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Customer-first attitude with a friendly and professional approach
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in a gaming café, arcade, or customer service role is a plus
