Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions
- Design customized workout programs based on client goals
- Guide members on exercise techniques and injury prevention
- Track client progress and maintain performance records
- Support gym floor management and ensure safety standards
- Drive Personal Training (PT) sales and renewals
- Maintain equipment hygiene and studio discipline
- Provide exceptional member engagement and retention support

Required Qualifications
- Certification in Personal Training (K11 / ACE / ISSA / ACSM preferred)
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience (Freshers with certification can apply)




- Strong understanding of strength training, fat loss, and functional training
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Sales-oriented mindset (important for PT conversions)

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of nutrition basics
- Experience in transformation programs
- Ability to handle group sessions
- High energy and skilled appearance

Compensation Structure

Part-Time: ₹7,000 - ₹9,000 per month
Full-Time: ₹12,000 - ₹17,000 per month

Incentives:
- 40% incentive on Personal Training revenue for first 2 months
- From 3rd month onwards:
- 0-30K PT Sale → 30%
- 30-50K PT Sale → Higher slab (as per studio policy)
- Above 50K → Performance bonus applicable
