The primary goal is to bridge the gap between school curriculum (CBSE/State Board) and competitive exam requirements. You will be responsible for building a rock-solid conceptual foundation in Physics and Mathematics for students in Classes 7, 8, and 9, preparing them for future success in IIT-JEE, NEET, and various Olympiads.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Building: Deliver high-quality lectures focusing on deep conceptual clarity rather than rote learning.
- Curriculum Alignment: Integrate foundation modules with the regular school syllabus to ensure students excel in both school exams and competitive assessments.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Train students in advanced problem-solving techniques, mental math, and logical reasoning.
- Assessment & Feedback: Conduct regular foundation-style tests (MCQs, Numerical types) and provide detailed feedback to students and parents.
- Olympiad Coaching: Prepare students for competitive platforms like NSO, IMO, NTSE, and NMTC.
- Mentorship:
Guide students through the transition from general science/math to specialized competitive tracks with an encouraging and patient approach.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Communication: Fluency in English is essential. Ability to explain complex theories using easy, real-world analogies.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital teaching tools, Smart Boards, and online assessment platforms.
