Department: Real Estate Sales (Commercial)

Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join the core team for our upcoming Grade-A Commercial Office Project. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from the first cold call to the final site visit and closing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Calling: Proactively call potential leads, introduce the project, and pitch the benefits of our recent office spaces.
- Corporate Networking: Visit nearby corporate hubs, SMEs, and business parks to build a pipeline for sales and leasing.
- Site Presentations: Conduct professional site visits, explaining the project's floor plans, amenities (parking, cafeteria, high-speed lifts), and investment potential.
- Customer Follow-up: Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Data Management: Keep our lead database updated daily using Excel. You should be comfortable tracking "Lead Source," "Last Interaction," and "Next Action" items.
- Deal Closing:



Handle initial negotiations and assist clients with the documentation process.

Requirements & Skills
- Commercial Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales (specifically office spaces or retail).
- MahaRERA Awareness: Must have a working knowledge of RERA norms in Maharashtra to ensure all communication with clients is transparent and legally compliant.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp Business for professional reporting and communication.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. You must be able to present yourself professionally to MDs, CEOs, and business owners.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for corporate meetings and site visits.
