We are looking for a skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef to join our culinary team at our Coconut Cove Beach Resort, Varkala. The role requires expertise in various international cuisines to enhance our dining offerings and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare dishes for guests across multiple cuisines, including but not limited to Indian, Italian, and Southeast Asian.
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation, presentation, and kitchen sanitation.
- Develop new recipes and menus, considering seasonal availability and guest preferences.
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.




- Train kitchen staff on culinary techniques and the presentation of new dishes.
- Collaborate with property management to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef with a robust portfolio in multiple cuisines, with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Passionate about food with a focus on quality and creativity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
