Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves planning dispatches, coordinating with transporters and warehouses, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the dispatch and delivery of goods
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams
- Prepare and verify logistics documents such as invoices, delivery challans, LR, and e-way bills
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or branches
- Monitor inward and outward movement of inventory
- Resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages, or transportation issues
- Maintain logistics, MIS, shipment trackers, and records
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements
- Optimise transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency
- Support inventory and warehouse coordination when required
