We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our school, increase admissions, and build a strong presence in Ballia, Begusarai and nearby areas. Key Responsibilities: Promote the school to increase student admissions Visit nearby villages, schools, coaching centres, and residential areas Conduct door-to-door, field, and community marketing Organize and support admission campaigns, seminars, and events Coordinate with school management for marketing strategies Handle offline promotions (banners, pamphlets, hoardings) Support online promotion (WhatsApp, Facebook, local groups) Maintain records of leads and follow-ups with parents Build positive relations with parents, local leaders, and institutions Eligibility & Skills: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in Hindi (local language knowledge preferred) Confidence in talking to parents and public Basic knowledge of social media marketing is a plus Experience in school/education marketing preferred (freshers can apply)

Pay: ₹8,423.82 - ₹15,666.37 per month
