Role description:
This role exists to oversee the regulatory compliance and act as business partner ensuring financial decisions align with business growth, but their effectiveness depends on robust communication and trust with key business functions and other departments.

Responsible for ensuring that the underlying company policies and procedures comply with the various regulatory laws and standards including tax, corporate, bank and insurance requirements. Labor/employment regulations related to compensation rules will be handled separately by People Team except for tax on compensation and benefits.





This role is the single point of contact for all accounting and compliance related activities for the designated entity.
The Regional and GSSC Finance Teams will maintain ownership of execution and implementation of the company policies e.g. Treasury and Accounts Payable-related policies are coordinated with ICA to ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled.

Role accountabilities:
- Collaborating with business leads to align financial goals with business strategy while ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Provide financial and operational insights into business performance and steer towards performance targets.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and planning process.
- Collaborate and work with business teams on project bids / Project reviews and help to make data-driven decisions.
- Reviews and evaluates company policies and procedures to identify any potential risks/non-compliance issues and recommends necessary changes/improvements.
- Liaise with legal counse
