Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and differentiated lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote active learning and critical thinking skills development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to guide instructional decisions and facilitate academic growth.




- Foster a love for learning and promote positive behavior through positive reinforcement and effective classroom management techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Teaching certification/license (if applicable) and/or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of elementary education principles, curriculum frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to promoting student success.
