Job Purpose

The Soft Skills Trainer - EdTech will be responsible for training students and learners in essential employability and workplace readiness skills, helping them become industry-ready professionals. The role focuses on communication, confidence-building, interview readiness, and professional behavior aligned with corporate expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery (Student-Centric)
- Deliver structured soft skills training on:
- Spoken English & qualified communication
- Presentation & public speaking skills
- Interview skills (HR & mock interviews)
- Workplace behavior & professional ethics
- Teamwork, adaptability & problem-solving
- Conduct live classroom, online (Zoom/LMS), and hybrid sessions
- Engage learners using role plays, simulations, case studies, and activities

- Student Assessment & Coaching
- Assess learners’ communication and behavioral skills
- Provide one-on-one feedback, mentoring, and improvement plans
- Track learner progress and readiness for placements
- Support weak learners with remedial sessions

- Placement & Career Support Collaboration
- Work closely with placement teams, academic counsellors, and faculty
- Prepare students for:
- Corporate culture expectations
- Group discussions and interviews
- Conduct mock interviews and evaluation reports

- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain batch-wise attendance and training reports
- Collect learner feedback and improve training effectiveness
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new batches

Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Postgraduate in:
