Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and migration process for assigned client projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Client Services, Technical Teams) to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
- Client Onboarding and Consultation:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the migration process, understanding their business needs and ensuring a successful migration journey.
- Conduct Business Blueprint/Discovery workshops to capture and document client requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for workforce management and time and attendance processes.
- Solution Customization and Configuration:
- Configure the Workforce Manager solution (including labor levels, business structure, employee groups, attestation, clock setup, access profiles, wage profiles, adjustment rules, percent allocation,
time and attendance policies) based on client-specific requirements.
- Implement data integration solutions using tools such as Boomi and UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for seamless inbound and outbound interfaces.
- Customize reporting using Business Intelligence tools, including Dataviews, Reporting Studio, and Report Designer.
- Training and Client Support:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions (both in office and remote) to ensure clients are proficient in using Workforce Manager.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Conduct scenario-based testing and quality assurance to validate the functionality of the implemented solution.
- Monitor the performance of the system, gather client feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
