Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos
- Shoot and edit videos for social media campaigns
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Monitor trends and create trend-based content
- Handle paid ads (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads - basic knowledge preferred)
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Respond to comments, DMs, and audience queries
- Coordinate with marketing/sales team for campaign execution

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, VN, etc.)
- Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop preferred)
- Robust understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts algorithm
- Knowledge of content strategy and engagement growth
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to shoot videos using mobile or DSLR
- Basic knowledge of social media ads & analytics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,393.92 - ₹35,566.60 per month
