We're Looking for a Visionary Tech Co-founder (CTO) to Build and Scale an AI-Powered Enterprise Software Startup

Job Summary:
As a CTO you'll be the technical architect and driving force behind our AI and data science initiatives. This isn't just a leadership role; it's a hands-on chance to shape our technology stack, build a world-class engineering team, and define the future of our enterprise software solutions. You'll work closely with the CEO, COO and our growing customer base to translate business needs into cutting-edge AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing: Architecting; Leading Technical Vision: Define, develop, and implement the company's end-to-end technology roadmap and architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for our enterprise software.

Building; Mentoring a High-Performing Tech Team: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Driving AI; Data Science Innovation (with a focus on Agents):



Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from robust data collection and pipeline development to advanced machine learning model design, training, and deployment. This includes hands-on leadership in the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated AI agents and multi-agent systems that drive core product functionalities. Leverage sophisticated analytics and visualization techniques to extract actionable insights.

Hands-On Full-Stack Development & Deployment: Lead in colaboration to design, development, and deployment of core software features and AI models, ensuring robust, production-ready solutions across the entire stack. This will often involve working directly with agent-based systems and encompassing both user interface development and server-side logic.

Product Strategy; Execution: Collaborate intimately with the CEO and other stakeholders on product strategy, contributing actively to ideation
