Job Summary

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1-7 years in Sales & Marketing
- Freshers with strong sales motivation may also apply_
- Age: 21-45 years
- Education: Graduation / Master’s Degree

Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike):
- Valid driving license:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Required Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of cement industry, construction commodities, and market dynamics:
- Understanding of customer needs, dealer & contractor sales:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills:
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media:
- Promote and sell company products/services to customers, dealers, and contractors
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients




- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales data and follow-ups using CRM tools:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
