Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Acquisition Executive who can drive business growth by acquiring, managing, and nurturing clients in the service industry. This role is crucial for scaling Witty Witch’s monthly revenue and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing services
- Pitch agency services confidently and close deals

Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Sales & Growth
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
- Maintain CRM / lead tracking records

Required Skills:




- Proven experience in client acquisition / sales / business development:
- Experience in service-based industry (digital marketing preferred)
- Robust communication & negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Comfortable with targets and performance metrics
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Confident, result-oriented, and relationship-driven
- Ability to handle multiple clients professionally
- Willing to work onsite in Gandhinagar
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,726.95 - ₹30,000.00 per month
