We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Counselor to guide over calls about our stock market training programs. Your role will be to understand their learning goals, explain our courses clearly, and help them choose the right program.
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- 3 Months Probation
- Timing: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Location: Aliganj, Lucknow
Key Responsibilities
- Call interested leads and explain stock market training programs
- Understand student requirements and career goals
- Guide students about course structure, fees, and benefits
- Follow up with warm leads and maintain proper communication
- Maintain call records and update lead status in CRM
- Share daily call updates
- 6+ months experience in Telecalling / Academic Counseling / Sales
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and polite personality
- Basic understanding of stock market (preferred, training can be provided)
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment (no hard targets)
