Responsibilities:*
- Make daily outbound calls to leads for personal loan and credit improvement plan (CIP) sales
- Understand customer needs and pitch the right product
- Educate users about their credit score and suggest our CIP
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp & SMS to convert leads
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM entries
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
Requirements:*
- Experience - Fresher
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of credit scores (CIBIL/Experience)
- Comfortable using CRM software and Google Sheets
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
