Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including dispatch, delivery scheduling, and shipment tracking
- Manage transporter and courier vendors; negotiate freight rates and ensure cost optimization
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, e-way bills, LR copies, and delivery challans
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams
- Ensure timely deliveries and resolve transit-related issues
- Maintain logistics MIS reports and update ERP systems
- Handle return shipments and damage claims with transporters
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments (Purchase, Sales, Accounts) for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of transportation management and documentation
- Experience in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience in handling multi-location dispatches
- Knowledge of GST-related logistics documentation

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,804.79 - ₹34,705.46 per month
