Responsibilities:
Drive and generate revenue for the business unit by managing inbound sales inquiries via phone.
Manage and maintain SLAs, including AHT, login hours, attendance, and daily call targets.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for conversion rates and revenue.
Generate incremental revenue by selling additional products and services to existing clients.




Manage and nurture customer relationships to provide appropriate support.
Deliver excellent customer experiences to promote repeat business.
Prepare and present tailored presentations and proposals based on client objectives.
Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to align Adobe's solutions with their business goals.
Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Account Management, or Up-selling in customer service.
Solid understanding of the sales cycle, Inside Sales model, and consultative selling approach.
Ability to multitask and switch between phone and chat to address customer queries.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop an autonomous sales strategy.
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT industry concepts.
Proficient in pipeline management, working on opportunities/leads in Salesforce, and presenting reports to the lead
