Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance communication, interpersonal skills, qualified etiquette, and workplace behavior among students/employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on communication skills, personality development, confidence building, body language, grooming, and workplace etiquette:
- Design interactive training modules, activities, role plays, and assessments
- Identify training needs through assessments and feedback
- Deliver classroom, online, and workshop-based training sessions
- Mentor participants to improve presentation, teamwork, leadership, and customer interaction skills




- Evaluate trainee performance and prepare progress reports
- Stay updated with latest training methodologies and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer / Communication Trainer:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Ability to engage diverse groups effectively
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and online training too

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
