Job Title:Real Estate Retail Sales Executive

Location: Baner

/Permenant

Experience: 1-3 years of experience

Office Time: 10 AM-7PM

Workdays: 6

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential buyers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationship with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Conduct site visits, providing in-depth details about property features, amenities and project USP.
- Negotiate price and terms to close sales efficiently
- Keep updated on local real estate trends, competitor projects and pricing.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target set by management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably B2C or Retail propety sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Energetic and go getter personality
- Customer-centric approach with positive listening skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
