Qualification:
B.Tech or B.E, B.C.A prior to M.C.A

Requirements:
- Passionate about lead generation, sales development, or cold calling role, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools to track, manage, and report lead information and outreach efforts.
- Sales Skills: Persuasive and confident approach to cold calling and the ability to handle rejections positively.
- Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed reports and manage multiple communication channels.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, meet daily outreach targets, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system.




- The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
- Develop a rapport with new clients and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with international and domestic clients.
- Prepare a proposal and obtain the scope document from the technical team.
- Take up the target and overachieve it.
