Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspection for plastic components (visual + functional + dimensional).
- Conduct dimensional checks as per drawing/control plan; maintain inspection records.
- Use and handle instruments: VMM, CMM, vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge/pin gauges, etc.
- Attend mold trials / FAT for recent molds and changes; validate first-off samples and support approvals.
- Liaise with customer QA/QC on concerns, sample reports, deviations, and closure.
- Coordinate with toolroom and project/production teams to resolve issues
- Support audits and maintain basic quality documentation (check sheets, trial reports, NCR/CAPA logs).

Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/BSc (Mech/Plastics/Production/Quality preferred).
- 2-5 years QC experience in injection molding (caps/closures preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
