Job Purpose

To ensure uninterrupted electrical supply and protected functioning of all electrical systems and equipment within the hospital premises, in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, wiring, lighting, UPS, and generators.
- Attend to breakdowns and emergency electrical issues promptly.
- Ensure proper functioning of power backup systems (DG sets, UPS, inverters).
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Monitor electrical load, voltage, and safety devices.
- Maintain log books, checklists, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs or installations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and hospital policies.
- Support NABH / audit requirements related to electrical systems.

Safety & Compliance
- Follow all electrical safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Ensure zero risk to patients, staff,



and equipment.
- Report hazards, faults, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Qualifications & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Electrician / Electrical Trade (mandatory).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a hospital or large facility.
- Knowledge of hospital electrical systems is preferred.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of DG, UPS, and LT panels
- Ability to work in shifts and during emergencies
- Teamwork, discipline, and accountability

Working Conditions
- Shift duty, including night shifts and emergencies
- On-call availability as per hospital requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
