Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning
- Develop architectural designs and layouts for multistorey residential projects.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.

Mivan Technology Application
- Integrate Mivan shuttering systems into design and construction workflows.
- Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure compatibility with Mivan technology.

Project Coordination
- Work with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Review and approve construction drawings, material specifications, and site modifications.

Quality Assurance
- Conduct site visits to monitor the implementation of architectural designs and Mivan systems.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with safety standards.

Innovation & Optimization
- Propose innovative solutions for space optimization and cost-efficiency.




- Stay updated on advancements in Mivan technology and sustainable construction practices.

Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Diploma in Polytechnic preferred.

Experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience in multistory residential housing projects.
- Expertise in Mivan technology and aluminum formwork systems.

Skills
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software.
- Robust project management and team collaboration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials and industry best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
