Job Description: Telecaller - Travel Company

A Telecaller in a travel company plays a key role in connecting with customers and converting travel inquiries into bookings. The primary responsibility is to communicate with potential and existing clients over phone calls, explain travel packages, and assist them in planning their trips.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from customers interested in tour packages, hotels, flights, and holiday services.
- Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages accordingly.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending bookings to close sales.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, and booking status in CRM or registers.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations team for confirmations and updates.
- Handle basic customer queries, objections,



and post-booking support politely and professionally.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages (training may be provided).
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Role Objective:
The Telecaller helps generate bookings, build customer trust, and support the growth of the travel company through effective communication and follow-ups.
