We are hiring Experienced Professionals and Freshers to join our US Logistics / Freight Brokerage Sales Team. The role focuses on freight brokerage operations, working closely with US carriers and shippers, and managing loads from booking to delivery while supporting pricing and sales activities.

Responsibilities:
- Source, onboard, and negotiate rates with US carriers and shippers:
- Book loads, manage pricing, margins, and coverage
- Coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues

Requirements:
- Prior experience in US freight brokerage / logistics operations preferred (for experienced roles)
- Freshers with international calling, BPO voice, or sales experience are welcome




- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
