About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic paper bag machines with
inline flexo printing.
- Set up machines for production runs, including roll loading, tension setting, and print
registration adjustment.
- Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure consistent bag quality and printing
accuracy.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams for
breakdowns or preventive maintenance.
- Ensure production targets are met while minimizing wastage and downtime.
- Maintain daily production reports and shift logs.
- Adhere to safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), company SOPs.




- Collaborate with QC, Maintenance, Supply chain
- Store department to achieve shift
target.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in operating paper bag machines (SOS/ Flat handle and Twisted handle) machine operation. Machine Names:
- Garant 3MR, JB Sunhope, Nanjing. ( HD-200/ WFD-400A)
- Communication
- Read and write in English language knowledge is must.
- Basic understanding of printing inks, substrates, and machine maintenance.
- Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical issues on the shop floor.
- Robust focus on quality, efficiency, and safety practices.

Preferred Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Printing, Packaging, Mechanical, or related trade.
- Experience in flexographic printing process will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
